How to shop?
In order to shop online you need first to make a registration. In the upper right corner of your screen you will see the "LOGIN" button. It will take you to the page with the registration form. You need to fill in all fields and then to confirm by pressing "REGISTER". If you are already a registered customer, you can access by entering your e-mail address and password and pressing the "SIGN IN" button. Entering in their account all registered users can view and order all of the offered articles.

2. HOW TO ORDER?
Once you have reviewed and selected an item, it is sufficiently to follow the next steps:
1. select the desired color, size and qantity (number) from the options;
2. add to the shopping cart pressing the button "BUY";
3. you can continue with your order or directly proceed to the "ORDER" button;
4. if you want to adjust your order - the item or the qantity, you can do this by deleting the unwanted items - check box to delete or change the quantity in the column, immediately to the right of the selected item. Then press "RENEW" ;
5. when you click on the "ORDER" button, you will be taken to a form where you need to complete the delivery address if it is different from the one, you specified in your account and select the payment method;
6. your purchase will be confirmed and compleated when pressing the "ORDER" button. From that moment your order will be registrated and you will recieve an automatically generated e-mail about your order number and the amount you need to pay with the calculated delivery price in it.

When lodging a claim the customer may claim for:
Whitin 7 working days after reciept of goods, the customer has the right to return or exchange it if the following conditions are met:
1. the product is in good repair (is not broken, scratched, used, washed or ironed, the labels are not cut or pulled off);
2. there are no damages caused by improper use;
3. the original packaging, consumables and accessories - in case there are included ones, are preserved;
4. transportation costs for all returns are paid by the client. In upholding our part of the claim and return of the product to another, the courier's fee for the transportation of the new product to you, is assumed by us;
